While the location is near the beach, it is not close to any restaurants or shops, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

I arrived late from the airport and was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel manager waited for me and even made me a pizza! The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was close to the airport. a great experience and recommended.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a very quiet residential area near Rome airport. The value for money is excellent and the attention to detail is commendable. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities, including rooms with a fridge and a lovely comfy bed, make for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the romantic patio under the fig tree, with a small table on the outside. The croissants included were freshly baked and delicious.

Everything was just fine and exceeded my expectations.

Located near the beach, staff were welcoming and accommodating, rooms were quiet, and grounds were serene. Breakfast was good and they even provided a breakfast basket for those with early flights. A great stop for a night before continuing travels.

We really appreciated the hotel being like a hidden oasis with high walls and a locked gate. It made us feel safe and secure during our stay. the cleanliness and brightness of the hotel were commendable, and we especially loved the lovely terrace where we could relax. the staff were friendly and accommodating. Another great advantage was the proximity to several restaurants, including a fantastic seafood spot by the beach. it was a decent place to stay for an early flight, as the hotel was only a 10-minute drive from the airport, provided the driver knew the way.

The neighborhood was a bit dodgy and the beach was littered with trash and cigarette butts. Not exactly the picturesque experience we were expecting.

Trendy oasis, comfy beds, soundproof, convenient airport transfer, cute restaurant, free parking.

I had an overnight stay near the airport and this hotel was a perfect choice! The location is very close to the runway, but it's not noisy at all. In fact, the hotel is very close to the beach that has some bars- a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness of the rooms was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Moreover, the breakfast served in a beautiful garden setting was delicious.

There was nothing I didn't like.
